Memory Match, developed by Vatsyn Technologies, does not use accounts, and does not store your game data on our servers. Your coins, diamonds, level progress, streaks, and achievements are saved only on your own device.
If you'd prefer to reset your progress without uninstalling, you can also do so from within the app: open Settings and tap Delete My Data, then confirm. This immediately and permanently resets your local progress to a fresh start. This action cannot be undone.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Coins, diamonds, level progress, streaks, and achievements (stored locally on your device) | Permanently erased, either by uninstalling the app or using in-app Delete My Data |
Because Memory Match does not use accounts and has no backend server, there is no profile or server-stored data tied to you to delete. The only information that exists outside your device is collected automatically by third-party services, as follows:
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| App usage events (Firebase Analytics) — e.g. levels played, session activity, and approximate location derived from IP address | Retained per Firebase's default retention settings, commonly up to 60 days for event-level data |
| Crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics) — not linked to your identity | Retained for 90 days from when the crash occurred, in accordance with Firebase's default retention policy |
None of the above is linked to your name, email, or any other directly identifying information — we do not collect any of those. If you'd like to request deletion of the analytics/crash data associated with your installation, you may email us at support.vatsyn@gmail.com, though because this data is not tied to an identifiable profile, we may not always be able to isolate a specific request to a specific device.
For full details on how we collect, use, and retain data, please see our Privacy Policy.
