This Privacy Policy explains how Vatsyn Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Memory Match (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, or contact details. The App and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect the following:

Device & technical information — device model, operating system version, language, and similar diagnostic data.
Usage & gameplay events — anonymous events such as level start, level completion, and app opens.
Crash & performance data — diagnostic information collected if the App crashes or encounters errors.
Approximate location — derived from IP address by Firebase Analytics to generate geographic usage reports (we do not collect precise GPS location).

The App does not display advertisements and does not collect or use advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA).

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service, which may collect and process information as described in its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. These services collect usage events, device information, and crash diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the App and its gameplay.
To measure and analyze usage so we can improve features and difficulty.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with our third-party service provider listed above (Google Firebase) so it can perform analytics and crash-reporting functions on our behalf, and as required by law.

We retain analytics and diagnostic data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our provider’s retention settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
