These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications developed and published by Vatsyn Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), including Bingola and our other applications (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Where an App has features or mechanics not covered by these general Terms, that App's own store listing, in-App disclosures, or Privacy Policy may provide additional details specific to it.
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). By using an App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement, or that you are using the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Our Apps do not involve real-money gambling of any kind. Our Apps do not offer:
Any in-game currency, points, tickets, diamonds, or rewards that may exist within an App are for entertainment purposes only, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.
Our Apps are generally designed so that you do not need to register an account using an email address, phone number, or password. Depending on the App:
You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your device or, if applicable, your guest profile. Please refer to the specific App's Privacy Policy for details on what data is created, used, and retained by that App.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review reports and take appropriate action — including suspending or permanently restricting a user's access to multiplayer features — where we determine a violation of these Terms has occurred. We are under no obligation to take any specific action in response to a report, and reported users are not notified of reports made against them.
Any player may create a multiplayer room and act as its host, where that feature exists. Hosts may configure room settings and remove participants from their own room at their discretion, subject to Section 5.2 above. Hosting a room does not grant any additional rights over other players' accounts, data, or activity outside of that specific room.
You may delete your locally stored data and/or any guest profile associated with an App at any time via Settings → Delete My Data within that App. This action is permanent, takes effect immediately, and cannot be undone. Please refer to the relevant App's Privacy Policy for full details on what deletion entails and what data, if any, is retained afterward (such as report records needed for moderation purposes, where applicable).
All content within our Apps — including but not limited to graphics, audio, game design, source code, logos, and each App's name — is the property of Vatsyn Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any App or its content without our prior written permission.
Our Apps may use third-party services — such as analytics, crash reporting, and advertising providers — to operate and improve the App. The specific third-party services used by each App, and how they handle your data, are described in that App's respective Privacy Policy. Your use of any App is also subject to the terms and policies of the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which you downloaded it.
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vatsyn Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, any App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to an App's features, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or to the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of any App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Our Apps may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of these advertisements, or for the products, services, or websites they may link to. Any interaction you have with an advertisement — including any purchase or transaction — is solely between you and the advertiser, and is not covered by these Terms.
